Kim is a longtime group fitness enthusiast. Making connections with her class participants is one of her many strengths in the field. Kim's passion for fitness started in her early 20s and has grown and changed over the years from lifting with her husband to competing in national strength sports. Barre is her favorite workout to teach because it helps achieve many fitness goals including weight loss, building strength, and increases coordination, flexibility, and balance. Join her weekdays in the afternoons or weekend mornings.
Jess Fitzpatrick
Bells, Sculpt, Circuit, EMOM, HIIT
Jess is energetic and competitive. In addition to being a wife and mother of 3, she has been a youth volleyball coach for over 15 years and has spent her career working in education supporting behavior and mental health. There is no denying the physical benefits of exercise, however Jess is driven by the positive impact that group fitness has on our mental health, sense of connection and overall well being. She loves being part of a tribe to compete with and against to push herself harder than she would working out alone and looks forward to welcoming you into the gym. Her favorite workouts are early morning, quick, intense, and often with loud 2000's hip-hop jams.
Pam Kraus
Hatha Yoga & Pilates
Pam has been active her whole life and has participated in a wide variety of exercises. Her favorite is workout classes where everyone supports each other and their own personal goals. Years ago, yoga became her favorite exercise routine when she was injured and couldn't do heavy lifting or other high-impact exercises. In 2019, she took classes and received her yoga teaching certification.
Megan Krapfl
Bells & Sculpt
Megan has been attending fitness classes in Mt. Vernon for over 10 years and is fueled by the energy group fitness provides. Now as an instructor, she is able to share her love of exercise and passion for health and wellness. Whether you are seasoned in fitness or stepping into the gym for the first time, Megan strives to create a welcoming atmosphere where we work together to improve our health and push ourselves further than we knew we were capable of. She has a Master's degree in nursing and has always loved leading and teaching others throughout her career. Outside of the gym you can find Megan supporting 5th-12th graders as their school nurse or teaming up with her wonderful husband as they wrangle their 3 energetic elementary aged children. Working out with a great playlist at 5am is her absolute favorite way to start her days.
Emily Perreault

She has a deep-rooted belief in the interconnectedness of whole being wellness and wants her classes to be rewarding in all areas of your fitness needs.
She adamantly believes that the mental and emotional benefits of group fitness are as crucial as the physical benefits in her wellness journey, and she hopes you will feel the same about your experience at Studio 104.
Felicia works hard to deliver challenging workouts and loves tailoring the music to fit each class.
Katie Carl
Circuit & Tabata
Katie is a lifelong athlete who has been teaching group fitness classes since 2016. She grew up loving basketball, eventually earning a scholarship to play for the Creighton Bluejays from 2006-2010.
When basketball ended, Katie wanted a way to stay active and build a sense of community, without any pressure or competition. She discovered group fitness while attending the University of Iowa, and it was a perfect fit.
Katie teaches interval-based classes focused on functional, athletic movements that can be adapted for all fitness levels. Her favorite part of teaching is coming up with new music playlists -- you never know what you might hear on a given day!
