barre

30 and 45-minute classes designed to strengthen and tone the entire body. Elements of dance, strength training, cardio, and stretching. High repetition, small targeted movements, and light hand weights give you a workout at a high intensity. Barre not only strengthens the body, it increases range of motion and flexibility. No dance experience is needed. Suits all fitness levels.

bells strength
& core

This 40-minute low-impact workout is a mixture of cardio, weight training, and core strengthening exercises. This class effectively uses all muscle groups without needing to isolate, a whole-body workout that you could do every day. Kettlebells will improve overall posture and body awareness.
 

circuit training

40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. It's quick, it's challenging, and you never know what fun awaits you.

hatha yoga

This hour long class focuses on breathing and holding poses to gain strength, flexibility, and balance. It's appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. All classes end with a relaxing, meditative savasana.

hiit

High Intensity Interval Training is a powerful cardio workout that has you exercising at an intense level for a short duration and then backing off for a period of recovery.This class is designed to increase your physical stamina and push you out of your comfort zone. Building strength and losing weight are two of the main benefits of this quick 30-40 minute class.

barre light/ intervals

30 and 45-minute low-impact cross training classes. These classes flow from move to move at a slower pace with an increased focus on balance and core stability. Don't let the name fool you. These classes will have your muscles burning in no time.

sculpt

Sculpt uses a mixture of hand weights and band work to strengthen and tone muscles. Workouts alternate between upper and lower body exercises, and often include cardio and targeted core work.

human reformer pilates

Human reformer workouts use resistance bands to recreate traditional reformer exercises on the mat. This class focuses on building functional strength, improving posture, and enhancing coordination while catering to participants of all fitness levels and body types.

Every Minute On the Minute is a short workout that packs a punch. Get in, get sweaty, and get on with your day. In this class, you can count on 25 active minutes that will include a mix of cardio, strength, endurance, and a killer playlist.

tabata

This fast-paced 30-minute class offers short 20 second periods of intense anaerobic exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. It's designed to provide a variety of exercises and methods that target the major muscle groups. This fat-burning workout is time-efficient and will leave you feeling accomplished. 

heavy sculpt

Heavy Sculpt, the cousin of our sculpt class, uses a mixture of weight-lifting stations to strengthen and tone muscles. Workouts are slower-paced and focused on form with adequate rest time as we increase our weight-lifting potential. This class utilizes the same lifts for the 4-5 weeks each month.

vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga involves a continuous flow of movement and sequence of poses linked with breath to attain balance in the mind and body. It is a perfect compliment to other forms of exercise as it is low impact. Vinyasa Flow is an endorphin-filled practice that will leave you feeling accomplished and grounded. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

saturday shred

This class is intended to be a butt-kicking 45+ minutes of intense kettlebell work, weight lifting, cardio and core. Each instructor will add their own unique flair to the workout, so you never know what you are going to get! The movements are easily modified to fit all fitness levels. You will leave sweaty and feeling accomplished to kick off your weekend.
